Probably our favorite hibachi place. The owners are so nice and friendly and the food is good.

Food is always on point

First time coming here. Was recommended by a coworker. Food was great! Everything was prepared perfectly. The sushi tasted fresh and was extremely delicious. I had the scallops and shrimp. Also amazing. The scallops would just melt in your mouth. The staff was extremely friendly. The two hostesses even were interacting with my son and really showing him a great time. It’s very comfortable setting and everything was clean! I’ve been to a bunch of places were grease was literally dripping off the vent hoods. Not this place. The stainless hoods were spotless! I was blown away. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning!

Food pretty flavorful if you get the spicy. If not, it's a little bland for me. But the lady in charge is super friendly and my son loves going there.

Don't waste your money, or screw up your "Real hibachi taste" Go to the professionals! ThIS PLACE Should be CLOSED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!

My family and I have been going to Fuji for over 6 years a love it! I love the food , the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. I love that fact that I also don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a drink, soup or salad. I pass several hibachi restaurants on my way to Fuji’s because of their excellent customs service.

Went and spent $100 on two steak and shrimp dinner and on chicken and shrimp dinner....came with only 4 half pieces of shrimp. This place is way over priced and not worth the money....go to otanis in Hudson it is much better!!

This is my absolute favorite hibachi place! The people are so nice and treat you like family. The food is great and I almost don’t want to share this great review because it’s generally not crowded and that’s another thing I love about it!

Yummy!!!They never disappoint. The food is always too much and delicious. Make sure you have a big appetite when you go.The service is also top notch and entertaining in all ways. Love this place.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Japanese. The owners are wonderful hosts and the food is amazing. My favorite Japanese restaurant.

Kids first time. Staff friendly and accommodating to a 2yr old. Including kids chop sticks. They loved watching the show that is hibachi and actually cleaned their plate. Kids got sherbet for free. Will come again.

Worst place ever! I don’t recommend this place at all! This place should even called a hibachi, they don’t even preform in front of you like other restaurants do. Trying to charge extra for Every little thing! EVEN RICE! They shouldn’t charge extra for rice it’s ridiculous and still putting on the check that we have to mandatorily pay the they chef a tip of $15 for a meal of two, I honestly think the chef didn’t deserve a tip with no performance at all. Last but not least only dessert they had was chocolate ice cream and orange, when they brought it to the table it was so frozen as if it’s been there for months. Never going back. I expected more.

Didn't get much of a show like other Japanese restaurants. The chef was very friendly and the food was excellent.

The food was just OK. They charge you extra to fry your rice when they cook your food! Who does that? Way overpriced for the quality of the food. The chef was great. However, the women working the desk and handing out the checks was not friendly at all. I wouldn't go back.

Went here for lunch and the service was amazing. Best ginger dressing I've ever had. (Side note the sell it by the pint for takehome)

The food here is really good there is a lot of flavor and, while they don't do many tricks the chefs are still very friendly and cracked a lot of jokes which was fun. The water does taste weird and we did need to ask for a hot pot of tea because it was served warm at first. Also the floor around our station was a little sticky. At first glance the place does seem small and a little dark but the food was good and I liked the soup they served.

My favorite lunch spot

First time experiencing this restaurant and not impressed. Ordered 2 lunch specials to go. Neither container had more than 6 little pieces of meat, neither was cooked to order. The containers were less than half full of food and the food was drenched in oil. The foods flavor was lost to the amount of oil used to cook it. I've been to several of these type restaurants and this place is unfortunately not anywhere close to par. Maybe the overcharge of their of food will allow the Owners to step it up.

The food was pretty good. They don't serve noodles but we made do with our fried rice. Our chef, Malcolm, was great; very friendly and personable. I was surprised when I received the bill though (a little pricier than expected). But all in all we enjoyed the food. P.S. There's no traditional hibachi "show" like at Wasabi.

Great sushi for a very decent price. Pictured are the Spicy tuna, the shrimp tempura, and California rolls. All were good. My daughter favored the spicy tuna. Definitely a little gem in the middle of a shopping plaza.

This is my favorite habachi place ever. Better then all the big names. Quicker and better service and their yum yum sauce is best.

Giving a two stars because the lady was so sweet! But the sushi was so terrible. Taste bad and fell apart. Left picture Fuji sushi, right side Otani. Night and day difference.In addition the interior was dirty, paint peeling, etc.

Salmon was not fresh its frozen salmonMy kids food was with linguine noodle not lomain Was not this way before the pandemic Steak hibachi veggie are lett and carrots But not a horrible tasteDissatisfied at best

Great food (would prefer that over a great show any day). Love the staff! Meals are appropriately priced for the portion sizes you get (nice and big!). When Im not there for meals I love ordering take out and getting just a couple side orders of friend rice.

This restaurant is worth five stars no doubt. They have the friendliest owners who love the restaurant and put a lot of work into their food. I highly recommend the steak, shrimp, and chicken. They are all great and make sure you get extra butter. The owner has a secret recipe for it and it makes everything delicious.

Horrible!!!! I've been here before and the last time I went wasn't too bad. Today was just awful. The manager was rude. The cook didn't divide the portions correctly and still expected me & my husband to pay full price. Never again and the water and lemonade tasted like lake Erie water!!!! THUMBS DOWN

Great food and great service

This place is amazing!!!! The place is owner operated by a really friendly couple. They put a lot into the quality of food and service they offer. I LOVE their avocado rolls - best I’ve had anywhere and the hibachi meals melt in your mouth!!! The mushroom soup is outstanding too!!! Highly recommend this place!

I was overcharged $8 and I didn’t even get the correct order when calling in. I live an hour away and Instead of this business correcting the order, I was told most people like shrimp even though Im allergic. The problem, communication and failure to correct their mistake. Further, the food is dry (hibachi chicken) and this entire transaction was terrible. I’m not one to write bad reviews but they definitely deserve it. I prefer the Fuji in mentor, much better service and quality of food.

I went here for lunch, ordered the vegetarian option, and the cook asked if I was vegetarian or vegan. 😍 I told him vegan and mentioned I had a food allergy. The cook then stopped what he was doing and went to the kitchen to check the ingredients so that everything in my meal was vegan and allergy-free. Seriously, unless you’re a vegan you have no idea how rare it is that someone cares. Also, the food was good and the portions were larger than you’d expect for a lunch portion. My only (very slight) complaint was that the sushi wasn’t very tightly rolled but the flavors were excellent so that more than made up for anything else. FYI- The vegetable roll was my favorite.

Owner cooked for us. Service was great, food was excellent. Veggies cooked just right, not over done. Nice Hibachi.
